Smashed Red Potatoes

Smashed Red Potatoes are an impeccable accent to your family meal. And they make the cutest appetizers!


  • 1 lb. Baby Red Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Smoked Butter
  • Sour Cream
  • Chopped Fresh Chives
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Black Pepper


Melt Smoked Butter and place in a plastic bag with potatoes and coat. Place on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast until fork tender at 400°F. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Smash each potato with a fork and place back in the oven to crisp slightly. Add dollop of sour cream, sea salt, cracked black pepper and chives and serve immediately.
