- 8 oz. Minerva Dairy Garlic & Herb Butter
- 1 lb. Orzo Pasta
- 4 cups Chicken Stock
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
In a large pot, melt the Garlic and Herb Butter over medium heat. Add the sea salt and black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in the orzo. As it starts to absorb the melted butter, add 1 cup of chicken stock and stir. Once liquid is absorbed, add another cup of chicken stock, stirring constantly, repeat until all 4 cups of stock are absorbed and pasta is tender and slightly creamy.
Garnish with fresh parsley or mint.
