Minerva butter is made from nutrition-packed pasture-raised cow milk and is packed with omega-3’s, beta-carotene and other vitamins that your body needs to stay healthy and happy.
One way to bring more better butter into your healthy eating plan is by following a Ketogenic (also known as Keto) diet. The Keto Dieters reduce the amount of carbohydrates they eat and replace them with fat and protein-rich foods such as meats, eggs, nuts, cheese, and of course, butter. A Keto diet can help you burn fat more efficiently, lose weight, increase energy and lower blood sugar and insulin levels.
