Candied Maple Carrots Print
This lightly sweetened side dish makes it easy to get the kids to eat their veggies!
Prep Time:15 minutes
- 12 ounces organic rainbow baby carrots
- 1/4 cup Minerva Dairy Maple Butter
- 1/4 cup unrefined palm sugar
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- Melt maple butter in pan and add palm sugar over low heat.
- Stir to melt sugar and add carrots, sea salt, and pepper.
- Cook, stirring so sugar doesn't burn, until carrots are al dente. Serve immediately.
