This timeless Italian Sandwich tastes amazing with our Garlic and Herb Butter!

Italian Panini Sandwich Recipe Minerva Dairy v2

  • 4 Tbsp. Minerva Dairy Garlic & Herb Butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb. Minerva Dairy Farmers Butter Cheese, shaved
  • 1/4 lb. Prosciutto, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb. Suprasetta, sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb. Capicola, sliced thin
  • 1 jar of roasted Red Sweet Peppers, sliced
  • 1 Baguette sliced length-wise and into 4 sections
  1. Warm your panini press and brush the melted Minerva Dairy Garlic & Herb Butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
  2. Start assembling the sandwich by placing shavings of Cheese, slices of each meat, pieces of roasted red sweet pepper and finally more cheese.
  3. Place other slice on top and place into panini press. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.
