Our family, including our beloved Grandma Lorraine, who famously told us that “there’s not much in life that can’t be made better with butter,” has made developing the perfect batch of butter our family legacy. This goal is more than 125 years in the making, a passion passed on from generation to generation, including our children, who make up generation six.

So, without further ado, here’s The Speckled Palate’s recipe for Bacon Avocado Egg Sandwiches:
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 slices bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Minerva Dairy Garlic Herb Butter, divided
- Cook the bacon until crisp, and drain. Melt the Garlic Herb Butter in a skillet and toast the bread until golden.
- Add the rest of the butter to the pan and fry the egg. (Cook it until your desired doneness.)
- Assemble the sandwich by layering on avocado slices, followed by bacon and the egg. Enjoy immediately!
