The Easiest 5-Day Keto Meal Plan

One way to bring more better butter into your healthy eating plan is by following a Ketogenic (also known as Keto) diet. The Keto Dieters reduce the amount of carbohydrates they eat and replace them with fat and protein-rich foods such as meats, eggs, nuts, cheese, and of course, butter.
